The PVSS PhotoAtlas represents membership submitted cases with photographic descriptions. The photos have been optimized for web transmission, balancing image quality and transmission time. Each picture is between 12kB and 22 kB with use of your browser memory cache to speed loading. Each procedure is a serially linked set of plates, numbering between 6 and 60, depending on the procedure.

The procedures and comments represent the opinions of the authoring members. It is not intended to describe the only way to do a procedure. Procedures have been selected with intent to educate the public about core principles, and to share with the professional community nuances and variations.
