Surface injuries from an ejection at 60 mph

The patient is a thirty four year old female who was physically thrown from a car moving over sixty miles per hour. She had a pulseless right upper extremity. It also was paralyzed, but had some deminished sensation in the upper areas (above). Her work up for other injuries was unremarkable except for that of the arm.
