The patient is a 65 year-old woman with minimal medical history who presented with a non-tender pulsatile right neck mass. There was no history of trauma, cerebrovascular insufficiency, or prior intervention. Magnetic resonance angiography revealed a 5 cm saccular aneurysm arising from the right carotid artery. |
